Terms of Service
This terms of service is meant as a general guide, however, by working with me in any way, you are agreeing to the terms below; including any additional terms discussed by me the artist and you the client.

Please provide as much detail as you are able.
Provide relevant references.
Any ill behaviour or language will not be tolerated, and your commission will be canceled if it occurs.
If you fail to follow the rules provided, I have the right to decline or cancel your commission.

We require 50% payment up front and the remainder upon completion.
50% of this payment is considered a non-refundable deposit.
Commission pieces will have a 15% commission fee.
All Prices are $USD .
Payment should be made through E-Transfer or PayPal as agreed with artist.
Payment breakdowns will be communicated by the artist.

You are entitled up to 3 small revisions if previously requested.
Large or drastic revisions may alter initial quoted price.
The standard turn-around time for commissions are as follows:
Digital – approx. 3 weeks
Traditional: approx. 4-6 weeks

These times are approximate, and do not include shipping time. Exact times will be discussed with artist.
Times may vary depending on order of commission, piece and payment received.

I will do everything I can to make my customers happy.
However only small changes are allowed to be made after final version.
Such as small colouring/marking mistakes.
Any large/significant changes may result in an extra charge.
Such as an outfit/pose change, character addition or anything that requires a piece to be redone completely.
Please be as detailed as possible in request.

I, the artist, hold every right to the produced drawing, not the commissioner.
Therefore, the artist is allowed to use the copyrighted artwork to;
Promote on any platform or site.
Publish in digital or traditional media or books
Publicly display or post.
The commissioner is allowed to:
Use the copyrighted artwork for personal use only unless agreed otherwise.
Claim the right of their original character(s) but not the drawing itself.
Print only if discussed
Use the art to promote themselves with proper credit given to the artist.
If you break the copyright infringement in any way, all rights the commissioner has to the drawing will be retracted and void.
The following is considered Copyright infringement:
Reproducing/using the copyrighted artwork commercially. (Meaning making money of it in any way)
Taking credit for the creation of the artwork.
Removing any watermarks/signatures.
Altering the artwork without my, the artist´s, consent.
A PURCHASE OF COMMERCIAL RIGHTS TO THE ARTWORK WILL ALWAYS BE 200% OF ORIGINAL PRICE.
With commercial rights you are allowed to make any sort of merch with the artwork.
Use it in books, covers, as Props, change it to your liking and promote your own brand with.
**CREDIT IS STILL REQUIRED FOR USAGE OF THE ARTWORK, EVEN IF ALTERED OR EDITED**

I have the right to cancel your commission at any time with valid reason. in this instance you would get a full refund.
There are no refunds unless except for extenuating circumstances discussed with the artist
In these cases only 50% of base cost may be refunded
The Artist or Commissioner has the right to cancel a commission before payment has been sent.
Unjust chargebacks, voids your right to any discussed commercial use of artwork.
Any statement can be bound to change if discussed with me, the artist, prior to the commission.
